Time helps decide when to watch; price confirmation decides whether a setup exists.

Rules to keep

  1. Check the day’s actual USD event calendar; focus on major releases such as CPI, NFP and FOMC.
  2. Around high-impact news, let the first reaction settle, remap structure/liquidity and require a fresh setup.
  3. Lesson 06’s approximate windows in New York local time: London 02:00–05:00; NY AM 08:30–11:00; NY PM 13:30–16:00; Asia 20:00–00:00.
  4. A preferred window does not guarantee direction or quality. Avoid forcing low-momentum, broadening or otherwise choppy conditions.
  5. Special FOMC/NFP-week restrictions in Lesson 05 are the creator’s routine; consult that lesson instead of treating them as universal market rules.

L05 and L06; handwritten PDF pp. 8–11. These windows are source-specific, not a universal ICT schedule. The embedded kill-zone image and Lesson 06 use differing London labels/windows; use the clearly attributed Lesson 06 windows above and do not silently merge them.
