Support / resistance

Reaction levels and broader departure zones give context; obvious highs and lows also indicate potential stop liquidity.

Rules to keep

  1. Mark clear swing extremes and repeated tops/bottoms rather than every minor reaction.
  2. In the lesson’s liquidity framework, stops may sit above resistance and below support. A touch or sweep does not guarantee reversal.
  3. Supply/demand zones are broader areas of strong departure. The order-block lesson uses a specific candle and its open; these are not interchangeable labels.
  4. Wait for the studied displacement/MSS or inversion model before using the area for execution.
