Rules to keep

  1. Check the release and compare the wick with surrounding candles; ordinary wicks do not qualify.
  2. Mark the unswept extreme and allow price to move away.
  3. Wait for meaningful structure and momentum to point back toward the wick.
  4. Use a valid iFVG, FVG or order-block model; the wick itself supplies no entry.
  5. Define swing-based invalidation and any intermediate objectives. Capturing the entire return is unnecessary.
